Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 9, 2026
ARCStoryKraft, operated by Luna ARC Publishing, provides ARCStudio and related services, including ARCSeal packaging, ARCChain imprint registration, ARCLibrary publishing, and storefront workflows. This policy describes what we do and do not process.
1. Core Privacy Commitment
- We do not collect or store imprint asset content as personal data.
- We only use asset metadata required to run platform features.
- ARCStoryKraft does not train AI models on imprint assets. Not now, not ever.
- We do not sell personal data.
- ARCStoryKraft provides infrastructure, integrity, and security services; creators retain ownership of their work.
2. What We Process
- Project and package metadata needed for workflow, indexing, registration, and release operations.
- Anonymized operational logs for stability, abuse prevention, and security review.
- Minimal technical session/auth signals where needed for account access control.
Platform logs are anonymized by default. Usernames, real names, and personal profile data are not collected or stored by ARCStoryKraft as standard product telemetry.
3. Authentication and Security Data
Authentication is user-controlled and security-scoped. Where credentials or security artifacts are used, they are used only for authentication, authorization, and account protection. They are not used for model training or commercial profiling.
4. AI Use and Training Policy
- AI features are runtime assistance workflows, not training ingestion pipelines.
- Imprint assets and project material are not used to train ARCStoryKraft or third-party foundation models.
- Department workflows operate on active task context only for requested functionality.
5. Third-Party Publishing and Responsibility Boundaries
Imprints may publish to third-party platforms at their own discretion. When users publish elsewhere, ARCStoryKraft responsibility is limited to ARCChain imprint/rip registration proof and related verification records within our scope. We are not responsible for terms, policies, or contracts users accept with external third parties.
6. ARCLibrary Distribution and Revenue Terms
The 93/7 split applies only to ARCSealed works published on ARCLibrary Storefront licensing, issuing, and sales workflows, subject to ARCStoryKraft program terms. Users should review current commercial terms in applicable agreements before sale activation.
7. Regional Privacy Rights (EU/UK/Canada/US)
We support core privacy rights and compliance expectations across major frameworks, including EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA, and applicable U.S. state privacy law requirements, subject to jurisdiction and product context.
- Right to know what data categories are processed.
- Right to request correction or deletion where legally applicable.
- Right to restrict or object to certain processing where applicable.
- Right to portability for data you provide where technically feasible.
- Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Data Retention
We retain only what is needed for security, legal compliance, auditability, and core service operation. Anonymized operational records may be retained for integrity and incident review.
9. Age and Eligibility
ARCStoryKraft supports general writing and creative use, including by younger users where permitted by law, with verified parent or legal guardian consent.
Publishing, licensing, royalty payouts, and other commercial workflows require legal capacity under applicable law (typically age 18 or age of majority), or a parent/guardian-managed legal/business arrangement where permitted.
For certain publishing, licensing, payout, or tax-reporting workflows, users may need to provide required tax and legal identity information (such as SSN, EIN, or local equivalent), and a valid payout account controlled by the legally responsible party.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this policy when product, legal, or regulatory obligations change. Updates are reflected by the "Last Updated" date.
