Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 29, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of ARCStoryKraft products and services operated by Luna ARC Publishing, including ARCStudio, ARCSeal, ARCChain registration workflows, ARCLibrary publishing workflows, and related web properties. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these terms.
1. Alpha Participation Overlay
- Alpha access is governed by the Alpha Participation Agreement in addition to these terms.
- Alpha is a pre-release program; features may evolve, degrade, or be removed without notice.
- Alpha users participate as testers, not commercial customers.
2. Eligibility and Account Use
- General writing and creative use may be available to minors with verified parent or legal guardian consent, where permitted by law.
- Publishing, licensing, royalty payouts, and other commercial actions require legal capacity in your jurisdiction (typically age 18 or age of majority), or a parent/guardian-managed legal/business setup where permitted.
- You are responsible for securing your account credentials and controlling access to your workspace.
- You may not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
- Publishing, licensing, payout, and tax-reporting workflows may require legally required identity/tax data (for example SSN, EIN, or local equivalent), depending on jurisdiction and transaction type.
- Royalty payouts may require a valid linked bank account or equivalent payout method controlled by the legally responsible party.
3. Content Ownership and License
- You retain ownership of your imprint assets, project material, and submitted creative work.
- You grant ARCStoryKraft a limited operational license to process metadata needed to provide requested services.
- ARCStoryKraft does not claim ownership of your authored project content.
- ARCStoryKraft provides infrastructure, integrity, and security services; creative ownership remains with you.
4. Data and AI Boundaries
- ARCStoryKraft processes metadata required for product operation and service integrity.
- ARCStoryKraft does not train AI models on imprint assets. Not now, not ever.
- Operational logs are anonymized by default except where narrowly required for security and legal obligations.
5. Third-Party Platforms and External Terms
Imprints may publish to third-party platforms at their own discretion. If you use external platforms, you are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting those third-party terms, pricing, and policies.
ARCStoryKraft responsibility for external publishing is limited to ARCChain imprint/rip registration proof and verification records within ARCStoryKraft's platform scope.
6. ARCLibrary and Storefront Commerce
The 93/7 split applies only to ARCSealed works published through ARCLibrary Storefront licensing, issuing, and sales workflows, subject to applicable commercial agreements. Current commercial terms control if they differ by plan, contract, or regional requirement.
7. Acceptable Use
- No unauthorized access attempts, interference, malware distribution, or abuse of service capacity.
- No use that violates applicable law, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
- No misrepresentation of identity, authorship, chain records, or registration claims.
8. Service Availability and Changes
ARCStoryKraft may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as products evolve, including closed alpha and staged release environments. We may deploy updates to improve reliability, security, and compliance.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. ARCStoryKraft does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business outcomes, or compatibility with every third-party platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luna ARC Publishing and ARCStoryKraft are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from use of the services. Liability is limited as stated in applicable agreements and mandatory legal frameworks.
11. Regional Compliance Frameworks
ARCStoryKraft operates with alignment to major privacy and consumer frameworks, including EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA, and applicable U.S. state law requirements, subject to the jurisdiction and product context.
12. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. ARCStoryKraft may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, security risk, legal requirements, or abuse prevention.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as products, laws, and operations evolve. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms unless prohibited by law.
